Great shot from today's run! Well, I've been fortunate enough to be getting out and "hitting the pavement" in spite of the snow and ice storms that have been hitting. Although yesterday was a snow day, today was quite warm and the roads were clear.
I was thinking how great if felt to be alive, running outside on a glorious winter day with the snow still soft and white on the trees.
There were even some people ice fishing on the lake. I still feel exhilarated and it was hours ago already!
I've been having some "issues" with my left shoulder lately. I don't know if it's a nerve or what, but certain movements aggravate it.
All I can say is... Thank God I don't need my shoulder to run!
